So grateful to the Parq hotel and conference staff for responding to my enquiry quickly and keeping my lost item until I could pick it up! I had left an item behind after a conference but it had been put aside and kept safe until I could return the next day to pick it up. Thanks to Charlie and staff for your prompt response!

We had a nice two night stay here while in town for a concert and a hike. The location is central and easy to get to for anything downtown and not too far from some lovely hiking. The hotel feels nice and new and the rooms were clean and quiet. It is part of a building with a casino so can get quite busy in the evening. Also we were surprised that the valet parking was only $5 more than the actual parking price. We checked in a bit early and our room wasn't ready which is fine - except no one sent luggage to our room when it was ready and when we had explicitly checked and asked that this be done so that was a bit annoying. Also there wasn't a lot of water easily available to guests (two medium bottles for a whole day and no stocked fridge). All in all a good stay.

Fantastic hotel. 5+ facilities. Excellent restaurants. We ate at the Victor and Honey Salt. Swung by the lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Great staff. Appreciate the front desk staff especially Mayra. They were courteous and efficient.

Overall, a very nice stay. We booked an Executive King Room which gave us access to the JW Executive Lounge. A lovely hot & cold breakfast buffet served every morning, snacks and non-al drinks available all day, and a nice evening spread. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent in-room dining experience and service was impeccable. Only negative comment; the tv pops-up from a cabinet at the foot of the bed and can only be watched if you're lying in bed. It cannot swivel around to watch from the seating area. Easy access to the casino. Honey Salt Restaurant in the lobby was lovely (we've eaten a few times at the original in Las Vegas). Slightly challenging that you have to go down to the underground parking for taxis and ride share pick-up. We would stay there, again.

Booked massage appt last minute and was treated to a very nice clean change room with steam room and all the hair styling tools you need including straightener! Relaxed in the lounge with water views and Science Centre, enjoy a nice Jasmine tea and some snacks, then got an awesome 60mins massage.
